Afrika Feuntes

Bright new star on the soul pop scene Afrika Fuentes arrived with the acclaimed Rainbow in August 2012, selling out gigs upon release, creating a storm with her creative and original music video.

Having already won the BBC New Talent Award for New Songwriters and written for Cathy Dennis, responsible for number 1 records from Britney Spears, Kylie and Katy Perry, Sony ATV quickly signed her up and she is now writing for platinum selling artists worldwide.

Afrika grew up in Madrid, listening to Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, Otis Redding and Michael Jackson, influencing and turning her music into a creative blend of Pop, R&B, Soul, Latin and occasionally even flirting with Flamenco, Electro and Gospel.

Afrika Fuentes is an up-and-coming talent with a privileged voice, comparable to Alicia Keys or Nelly Furtado.
